One of the most important parts was that We had a panel where 4 young women leaders from the communities had the opportunity to use their VOICE and share their stories and experiences on how sports has changed their lives and how form being participants now, they have become leaders and coaches.
The second highlight of this part was the networking that the different organizations manage to do. Share what the y do and what they need in order to start collaborating with each other. The network we previously had of 300 organizations of the sector continues to grow.
2. The second part during the evening we received over 50 coaches and 140 girls from the programmes. Organizations got to share their methodologies and have a space where participants got to meet and hang out with other girls from different programmes and try out new sport activities. They got to box, play ultimate frisbee, do some yoga, football, and make a wall of memories where they shared why Jugamos Juntas has helped them to be they happy, why they feel valient and powerful. They also got to meet 4 NIKE athletes which was really motivational and inspiring.
