Please review this section before submitting technical enquiries via the Contact section as most common queries are covered here. However, if you do not find what you are looking for then please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
For ease of use, the information in this section is divided into seven relevant sub-sections.
The Laureus Digital Archive is an online digital repository for official photographic coverage of the various prestigious Laureus World Sport Awards events. The Digital Archive is intended as a resource for all media and related organizations requiring access to photographs of these high profile events.
Within the Digital Archive website you may browse or search for images, compile a lightbox of favorite images, download high quality print resolution images or choose to have images delivered to you via various means.
The images are organized into catalogues, one catalogue covering each Laureus World Sport Awards event. You may browse or search these catalogues individually or collectively.
With regard to usage of the images you are referred to our Terms and Conditions which you will already have reviewed and accepted during the registration process.

This section contains details of new events and other items covered by the Laureus Digital Archive. The various article headings are listed in the central page column. Clicking on one of these headings will load the relevant article into the right hand box.

The search section allows you to browse through or search the various Laureus Digital Archive catalogues.
To see the latest images leave the keywords box empty, set the catalogue menu to 'All Catalogues', and click 'Go'. The images from all catalogues will be displayed, most recent first.
To browse through all the images in a catalogue leave the keywords box empty, select a catalogue from the catalogue menu, and click 'Go'. The images from the selected catalogue will be displayed, most recent first.
To search for images of a specific person or event type keywords (e.g 'Ed Moses' or 'Regatta 2001') into the keywords box, set the catalogue menu to 'All Catalogues', and click 'Go'. The images matching your keywords will be displayed, most recent first. To narrow down the search results, select a catalogue from the catalogue menu to search within.
Should you not be able to find what you require then please use the form in the Request an Image section to send us details of the image[s] you need.

The lightbox section is where you can store your favorite images for later review, download and/or delivery.
Images placed within the lightbox will remain there until they are removed by clicking 'Remove'. This means you may spread your image downloads over a number of visits or keep a selection of images ready to download for use.
In order to download an image, click on 'Download'.

The contact section contains an email form with which you can submit enquiries and support requests. Simply fill in all the fields marked as required plus as many other relevant fields and click 'Submit' to send your message.
Also available on this page are Laureus contact email addresses should you wish to contact us using your own email software, as well as full telephone and postal address details.

If you cannot find a specific image you require within the catalogues then please use this page to submit details of the required image directly to us. When filling in this form please include as much relevant information as possible as this will greatly assist us in finding your image[s].
Once we have conducted our search you will be contact via email with download instructions.
